Connectiveness- Mindful & beyond

LEADERS AT THE START of their journey operate from Rational Ego-based As-usual Leadership in which they are often confined to using mental intelligence or IQ, which is based on logic and linear thinking.  The next phase of their journey is to develop Robust Emotionally Intelligent Leadership. An important aspect of this phase of leadership is being able to access a state of Mindful Presence. From there the leader is ready to embark on the journey towards Radical Ethically Authentic Leadership. To succeed along this path the leader must access a “state” of transpersonal being, of Connective Presence and awareness.

 What is Mindful Presence and how does it help you become a better leader?

Mindful Presence involves connecting the head and the body so that we are able to develop our Emotional Intelligence (EI).  It is a state of being in which we are:-
